By using the LinkPulse application, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
LinkPulse is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) provided by FiberConfig. By registering an account or accessing the platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.
You agree to use LinkPulse only for lawful purposes and in accordance with your organization's internal safety policies. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
LinkPulse facilitates the creation of safety reports stored in your own Google Drive. You acknowledge that your organization is the legal owner of all generated files and is responsible for managing its own Google Drive storage capacity and security permissions.
You understand that LinkPulse hosts multiple independent organizations. Our architecture ensures logical data isolation; however, you agree not to attempt to bypass these security measures or access data belonging to other tenants.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any user or organization that violates these terms or engages in fraudulent activity.
LinkPulse is provided "as is." While we strive for 100% availability, FiberConfig is not liable for any operational delays, data loss due to third-party API changes, or site incidents arising from use of the platform.
