2. Google API Disclosure

How we use Google Data:
LinkPulse uses Google OAuth2 to allow organization administrators to connect their corporate Google Drive. We strictly use this access to:

Create and format Google Sheets reports for Checklists and Incidents.
Automatically file these reports into a designated folder in your organization's Drive.

Scope of Access: LinkPulse only requests access to files created by the app (drive.file) and the ability to manage the resulting spreadsheets. We do not read, modify, or delete any other personal files in your Google Drive.

3. Data Ownership

Under our "Enterprise API-First" architecture, all generated reports are created using your organization's unique credentials. This ensures that your company maintains full ownership and control over all inspection data and file permissions.

We use industry-standard encryption and Firebase Security Rules to ensure that data is logically isolated between tenants. No user from one organization can access the data of another organization.

6. Third-Party Sharing

LinkPulse does not sell, trade, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data is only transmitted to Google APIs specifically for the reporting features you authorize.
